Deskripsi Kegiatan:
The 8th Management E[x]posed 2013 merupakan program edukasi terbesar mengenai kewirausahaan di Universitas Indonesia yang pada tahun ini terdiri dari 3 main event yaitu National Business Plan Competition, Talkshow, dan Company visit, dan 1 pre event yaitu Business Canvas Challange, dan 2 additional event untuk para finalis Business Plan Competition yaitu Business Simulation Game dan Dinner with M[X]. Acara Pre Event Management E[x]posed yang telah menginjak tahun ke-8 ini akan diadakan pada tanggal 4-10 November 2013, sedangkan untuk Main Event yaitu pada tanggal 18-19 November 2013.

"Sustainable Business in Ever-Changing Era"
Business Plan Competition:
Date: November, 18th 2013
Venue: Student Center FE UI Depok
The Business Plan Competition will test the creativity and sense of entrepreneurship among the undergraduate students all over in Indonesia by submitting a business plan proposal with the theme "Sustainable Business In Ever Changing Era". This Business Plan Competition aims at encouraging participants to start and run a new business as an entrepreneur and to be creative in making sustainable business. Targeted to gather 100 business plans*. Those proposals will be judged by a panel of juries that are competent in their field that will be prepared by the Management Exposed committee. Later, the finalists of the Business Plan Competition will present their announced at the Talk show the day after.
*Every team will submit only ONE business plan and the team's maximum consists of 5 people
Business Simulation Game and Dinner With M[X]:

Venue: Tritura and Student Centre FE UI Depok
These are additional events in Management Exposed 2013. This Business Simulation Game will be held for finalist of Business Plan Competition. This game shows participants about the condition of the economy and how to gain money in an attractive way. This Business Simulation Game is held to entertain participants.Dinner With M[X] also will be held for finalists of Business Plan Competition. This additional event is held to participants so they can know well each other.

Session Theme: How to Develop Sustainability in Entertainment Business
Main targeted speakers: Chairul Tanjung (Owner of Trans Corp.), Radjasa "Bimbom" Barkah (Managing Director of Universal Music Indonesia), Christian Rijanto (Founder of Ismaya Group)

Time: 09.00 – 11.30
Speakers in this session will share to the participants their real life experiences in running entertainment business and how to make it long last and sustainable to this day. This session will be attended by multiple guest speakers considered high profile in the business world, from various innovative businesses, sharing their insight how to develop sustainability by running entertainment business in today's dynamic economic conditions. Speakers will also share their knowledge and brainstorming their creative ideas and other various popular business topics being asked by young entrepreneurs today. In this Talkshow session, also will be held the award ceremony for the winners of the Business Plan Competition from the day before. The prizes will be given to the winners by the speakers of Talkshow session.

The Company Visit has been annually held event by Management Exposed FEUI in acquiring a firsthand look on how enterprises are ran at a daily basis, gaining real world insight while capturing the atmosphere of the workplace. In this session participants will be invited to tour to the Management Exposed partner company's grounds, gaining new experiences and knowledge while creating new networks along the way. This session will also have the companies' representative explain its historical background on how it was founded, how it has evolved and its management systems that work behind the scenes of the company's operations.
Business Canvas Challenge:

The Business Canvas Challenge is the brand new pre event ever held by Management E[X]posed committees. The purpose of this pre event is to educate college students in Indonesia, especially in Jakarta, to make a business plan in a simpler form. The participants of this pre event are not charged of any fee. One team consists of maximum three persons, and the two winners of this Business Canvas Challenge will be
announced in our twitter (@MX_FEUI) and our website.
