Junior Secretary
Jakarta Selatan (Jakarta Raya) - Fatmawati
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and manage correspondence, reports and documents
- Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, travel arrangements
- Arrange and confirm appointments, Set up and maintain filing systems
Requirements:
- Female, max 27 years old.
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Bachelor's Degree, any field (preferably from Secretarial)
- At least 1 year of working experience as secretary.
- Able to write and speak English fluently
- Able to speak Mandarin will be advantage
- Excellent computer skill (Ms. Office)
- Effective office (clerical, secretarial), time management and organizational skills
- Good communication and have attractive personality.
- Able to work in fast changed and diverse environment.
